2. Link https://bit.ly/UpdateDataDBBDearah for regional work units

3. Link https://bit.ly/UpdateDataDBBPTKB for PTKB work units

by observing the following procedures:

1. To obtain the link access code, it is mandatory to use the official Google/Gmail account of the relevant work unit or another recommended account by adding the message "Work Unit Name_Position_Full Name";

2. The Head of PTKB through the Head of Administration coordinates and is responsible for updating PTKB work unit data;

3. Pembimas coordinates and is responsible for updating data on district/city work units in its area;

4. The Head of Sub-Directorate, Head of KU, and Head of TU Sub-Division at the central work unit through the central data contributor coordinates and is responsible for updating the central work unit data;

5. The deadline for the data update process by each work unit is September 30, 2024 at 23.59 WIB ;

6. It is recommended to implement a collaborative and efficient work pattern so that the data updating process can be completed on time considering the diverse types of data on the work unit data list.

7. Progress in updating data for all work units will be reported during the budget evaluation and monitoring meeting held at the beginning of each month.
