📊 One Dashboard, Five Main Sections: A Comprehensive Overview of the Directorate General of Buddhist Community Guidance​

     This dashboard is designed to provide a complete picture of both the internal and external conditions of the Directorate General of Buddhist Community Guidance (Ditjen Bimas Buddha). The data is divided into five main sections.

     The first section is Secretariat Data, which contains information on Human Resources (HR) at the central office, regional offices, and Buddhist Higher Education Institutions (Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Buddha/PTKB). The data includes Civil Servants (Pegawai Negeri Sipil/PNS), Prospective Civil Servants (Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/CPNS), Government Employees with Work Agreements (Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja/PPPK), and Non-Civil Servants (Non ASN). It also covers educators and education staff in both state and private PTKBs, projections of employees who will retire in the next five years, and the realization of budget utilization.

      The second section is Data from the Directorate of Religious Affairs and Education, which presents information on Buddhist Religious Instructors and Clergy, both Indonesian Citizens (Warga Negara Indonesia/WNI) and Foreign Nationals (Warga Negara Asing/WNA). It also includes recommendations for the use of Foreign Workers (Rekomendasi Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing/RTKA) and data on the Buddhist population in Indonesia. Furthermore, this section provides institutional data such as Buddhist Houses of Worship (Rumah Ibadah Agama Buddha/RIAB), Buddhist Religious Organizations (Organisasi Keagamaan Buddha/OKB), Central Organizations, and the Mandatory Paramita Fund Institutions. It also includes data on community empowerment, such as Creative Economy Groups, Cultural Activists, and Buddhist temples and heritage sites.

     The third section is Data on Primary and Secondary Education (Dikdasmen) and Buddhist Religious Education (Pendidikan Keagamaan Buddha/PKB). It covers Buddhist Religious Education in public schools, including the number of Buddhist Religion Teachers by employment and certification status, the number of students, and the number of supervisors. PKB data includes formal Dhammasekha education (Nava, Mula, Muda, and Uttama levels) and Dhammasekha non-formal education, as well as Training and Education Centers (Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan/Pusdiklat), Buddhist Sunday Schools (Sekolah Minggu Buddha/SMB), and supporting forums such as Teacher Working Groups (Kelompok Kerja Guru/KKG), Teacher Subject Forums (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran/MGMP), and the Association of Buddhist Religion Teachers of Indonesia (Perkumpulan Guru Agama Buddha Indonesia/PERGABI).

     The fourth section is Data on Buddhist Higher Education (Pendidikan Tinggi Keagamaan Buddha/Pedikti). It presents institutional profiles, study programs, data on lecturers, education staff (Tendik), domestic and international students, students who discontinued their studies, graduates, and alumni. It also covers collaboration with industries, businesses, and other educational institutions, as well as research, community service, journal publications, and activities that support religious moderation, the development of lecturers’ and students’ competencies, and the improvement of lecturers’ qualifications.

     The fifth and final section is Assistance Data, which records various forms of support provided for religious instruction, religious institutions, community empowerment, primary and secondary education, and Buddhist higher education.

    Overall, this dashboard serves as an integrated monitoring tool that presents the condition of human resources, budget, institutions, education, religious communities, and assistance in a comprehensive, accountable, and sustainable manner.
